Turn your SL-700 microscope into a polarisation microscope quickly and easily. Place the polariser on the collector lens (above the light source) and slide in the analyser to its intended position just above the objective. The polariser is easy to turn in order to increase or decrease the level of polarisation and in this way enhance weak structures in the object. This also reduces any glare from the surfaces of the object.
