The Hikmicro Mini2Plus V2 is a compact and durable thermal camera that is used together with your smartphone, tablet or computer. Link the camera to your device and connect to the Hikmicro Viewer app or to the Windows program Hikmicro Analyzer. Your device is transformed into a fully fledged thermal camera. The apps and program are free.
The camera is connected by USB-C, or by Lightning via adapter included. The Mini2Plus is non-battery and designed to use minimal current, maximising operating time.
Thanks to its powerful lens with manual focus, the Mini2Plus can be used for inspection at a distance of between 7 cm and 10 metres.
A thermal camera has many different educational applications, such as showing heat transfer in exothermic and endothermic reactions, studying friction-induced heat generation or analysing how heat is conducted through different materials.
