A perfect tune-up for a Smart Cart! Although the ball bearings in the wheels are designed for many years of use, the bearings may become damaged from dirt and other contaminants. The wheels and axles of the Smart Cart can be replaced by removing the lower section of the cart and placing the new wheels in the chassis.
