Fill with water, pump up the pressure and fire the rocket!
A fun way of demonstrating how reaction forces work. First, assemble the rocket and launchpad. Fill about a third of the bottle with water, place it on the launchpad and then use the pump supplied to pump 5-10 times. Pull the firing cord and watch how your rocket takes off. Try using different amounts of water and different pressures to see how this affects your rocket's travel.
