Thanks to the natural display, all the calculations on the display look as they do in the textbook. The calculation √24∙√8 is shown in exact form as 8√3. With a single button press, showing the results in decimal form can be selected as an alternative.
Twelve different calculation modes are reached from the icon menu. As well as the usual calculator mode, it is possible for example to calculate with imaginary numbers, create value tables, calculate with vectors, do statistical calculations and work with a spreadsheet. In addition, there is a bank of around 40 scientific constants, as well as a function with around 40 pre-programmed unit conversions.
