The microscope has 9 fixed magnification modes, between 12 to 78 times, and built-in camera. The image is displayed on the monitor (11.6" LCD) and images can be saved to an external USB drive. Measurements can be made and text entered in the integrated program. The microscope also has a continuously adjustable LED lighting, but light and colours can also be digitally adjusted in the program.
It is also possible to view the live image on a larger screen or projector (requires additional HDMI cable not enclosed).
