Product description

Pear-shaped cams can translate a rotating movement into a soft linear movement.

In an Otto engine, a standard piston-type combustion engine, the pear-shaped cams are what open and close the valves so that fuel enters and exhaust gases are released from the cylinder.
The cam fits axles (art. no: 99282) and on an electric motor using a reducer (art. no: 99249).

Material: Plastic.
Dimensions: Maximum/minimum radius: 15/11 mm, hole diameter 4 mm.
