Product description

What happens when you press the switch? Which LED comes on?
Does it light up quickly or slowly? How is it connected?

Secret Circuits Electronics consists of eight boxes where connections, switches, LEDs, resistors, transistors and capacitors are visible on the tops of the boxes. You have to find out how the various components are connected to one another without looking inside the boxes. Box 1 is the easiest, and they then become progressively more difficult all the way up to box 8.
To complete the task, you have to connect a power supply (AC/DC) to the inputs. You study what happens when you connect DC voltage (and also with polarity reversal) and AC voltage, press switches and cover photo resistors. This will allow you to work out how the components are connected to one another. When you have solved the problem, you draw a clear wiring diagram. You should be familiar with the properties of a closed current circuit, series connection and parallel connection, and also the functions of resistors, photo resistors, LEDs, transistors and capacitors.
Secret Circuits Electronics provides a more in-depth understanding of electrics and electronics and are exciting to investigate.
Use them as laboratory experiments or as "final tests", for example.
